Back in November, I started to showcase how I was styling the exciting, exclusive to House of Fraser, from Fiorelli – Forever Together tapestry print tote bag. After a bit of a delay I’m pleased to say the bag is now available online and I am going to recommence my handbag diary.
Now I love a good handbag and I love one with space. Fiorelli know I need to carry around the world with me on a daily basis. So this bag is perfect for me.
Day 2 Fashion Event planning
For a day spent fashion event planning that involves a lot of dashing to and from meetings. I need a comfortable outfit. Mint Velvet jeans are perfect for this, but I always wear them with a heel – come forward into the spotlight my trusty New Look black suede heels from absolutely light years ago. Throw on a Hot Squash coral top on (keeps you cool in the summer, warm in the winter – magic technology) and a Golden Days blazer with leather sleeves and I am set.
I loved how the pinks in the Tapestry Print tote were brought out by my coral top whilst the green hues went well with my khaki jeans. I actually interviewed Hilary Alexander wearing this outfit – thank god it was a telephone interview, I mean – what is one to wear to interview a fashion journalism legend. But my trusty bag meant I had everything I needed for my day of planning, and I could have my essentials for interviewing too.
