Finally I can officially announce the very exciting news, that I join the wonderful Catherine from Not Dressed As Lamb, as a Brand Ambassador for French fashion brand, La Redoute. Back in March I entered a competition to become an ambassador with my “French fashion made easy” feature.
La Redoute Brand Ambassador
For me it was easy to write, I have been a lover of French style, Parisian fashion and La Redoute ever since I developed my own taste for fashion. As a teenager, I poured over the La Redoute catalogue, craving wardrobe essentials from Soft Grey and coveting high fashion pieces from the brands that were present at the time.
One of my ambitions for 2022 was to become a Brand Ambassador and now my dream has become a reality. I have already had the pleasure of being behind the scenes at La Redoute’s secret Language of Love promotional video – which will launch in September and let me tell you it is a awesome! I will be lucky enough to be styling key pieces that I love from La Redoute over the next year. So without further a-do here is my first outfit combination.
Anyone who is an avid follower of my instagram will know that I LOVE printed trousers so these Three Quarter Length Twill Trousers* from Mademoiselle R are just perfect. They do stretch a little and hang a little loose after a wear, as they do above, but they are so comfortable and I have had a lot of compliments, although I could probably do with a size smaller if I’m honest.
If you’re one to shy away from colour normally, one way to work it into your outfit without stepping outside your comfort zone is with accessories. This Studded Shoulder Bag * from Mademoiselle R in strawberry is the perfect solution. Hot pink but not too Barbie, it’s the grown up version of girly pink. Bold, packing a punch and super soft, this is a fabulous bag for summer.
